Grants are available to businesses submitting proposals in response to a Request For Proposal from the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation.

The E-Fund provides loans to existing and new businesses located or relocated within the Empowerment Zone neighborhoods: Avondale, CUF, Corryville, Evanston, Mt. Auburn, Over-the-Rhine, Queensgate, Walnut Hills and West End.

Employers can substantially slash their tax burden by employing residents of the Empowerment Zone (EZ), developing a Brownfields, or starting a qualified EZ Business.
